PresencePro Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), a 3Squared Media LLC brand based in Livonia, Michigan, runs done-for-you “Predict the Final Score” football contests for restaurants. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When we run a contest for a restaurant, we handle entrant information on that restaurant’s behalf. The sponsoring restaurant is the business the contest belongs to, and its own privacy practices may also apply.

From restaurant clients and prospects:

• Business information such as restaurant name, address, market/team, and website or social profiles.
• Contact information such as owner or manager name, email address, phone number, and billing details needed to process a season payment.
• Notes from calls, emails, and messages about your goals and the service.

On behalf of client restaurants, from contest entrants:

• Name.
• Email address and/or phone number.
• Weekly score predictions and related entry details (such as the game entered and the time of entry).
• Basic technical information from the entry page, such as device and browser type.

• To run the weekly “Predict the Final Score” contest, including accepting entries and verifying eligibility.
• To score entries and select and notify weekly winners.
• To deliver and support the service we sell to the restaurant, including reporting.
• To send marketing messages on behalf of the sponsoring restaurant — for example weekly contest reminders, winner announcements, and offers — where you have consented.
• To communicate with restaurant clients about their account, billing, and service.
• To improve our service, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.

• The participating restaurant that sponsors the contest, which receives the entrant list collected through its contest.
• Service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, form and landing page tools, email and SMS delivery platforms, analytics, and payment processors — who may only use the information to provide services to us.
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal data.

Our website and the contest entry pages may use cookies and similar technologies, along with basic analytics, to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how pages perform. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; some features may not work correctly if you do.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing hello@presencepromedia.com. We may still send necessary service or transactional messages, such as billing or winner notifications.

We keep restaurant client information for as long as the relationship is active and afterward as needed for records, tax, and legal purposes. Contest entrant information is retained for the season and provided to the sponsoring restaurant, which may keep and use it under its own practices. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Contest entrants must be 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including reputable vendors, access controls, and encryption in transit, to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal or record-keeping obligations.
• Where the sponsoring restaurant holds a copy of your entry information, contact that restaurant directly as well.

Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
